Frequently I will be posting articles, links to other websites on pertinent restaurant articles, and narratives of my daily travels to restaurant owner operations.

My purpose of this Blog is to provide to restaurant owners in the trenches programs or real life tactics that are helping other owners operate their restaurants.

Each week I travel from California to Arkansas visiting restaurant owners interviewing them for potential accounting, tax and technology relationships and when I find a fresh idea or tactic working the owner remains anonymous and allows me to share the story.
